Application Selection Criteria:
Partner Families are selected on the following basis:
- Homeownership and need
- Resident of Coachella/Morongo Valley for one year or more
- Legal resident of theUnited States
- Willingness to partner with the Fuller Center
- Willingness to donate back
Income Guidelines and Requirements:
In order to meet the needs of the low income families; homeowners selected will have no more than 50% of the Average Median Income for Riverside County, California.
For example, a family of one would not have more than $22,150 in income.
